Veridian Private Bank wanted a flagship wealth lounge in South Mumbai that felt more like a luxury members' club than a traditional bank branch. High-net-worth clients expected privacy, comfort and discretion, while the bank's security and compliance teams required strong rooms, controlled access and full CCTV coverage. The space had to open within 10 weeks to meet the bank's launch calendar.
