The Challenge

Nexora Technologies had outgrown three scattered offices across the city. Teams were split between floors, meeting rooms were constantly overbooked and the spaces did little to reflect the company's fast-growing product culture. The brief was to consolidate 500+ employees into a single 48,000 sq ft campus that would support hybrid working, attract top engineering talent and be ready for move-in within 16 weeks.
